80 participants, 15 sports disciplines, records broken, and serial medalists – all of this happened in just three days at the end of June in Sandanski city during the Third Besta Challenge – the only corporate all-around competition for employees in Bulgaria.
“When we say that our values are aimed at preserving our employee’s activity and health as long as possible, we genuinely think that. Not only do we think it, but we also run, swim, and make push-ups towards this goal.”, shares the CEO of Bestamed Milena Ivanova.
The Besta Challenge consists of various disciplines: running, swimming, medicine ball tossing, push-ups, darts, table tennis, basketball, PlayStation, a couple cooking of traditional “tarator” soup, volleyball, and relay racing.
All the competitions are identical every year. This makes the strive to beat your own record from the past year a strong motivator for all our colleagues.
Quite a few records were broken also – a well-earned prize for the year-long preparation from the past all-around competition.
