For a second year, the beautiful town of Sandanski hosted the Sandanski Cup 2023 swimming tournament for children in the town of Sandanski.
The competition was held between 5-7 May and had 31 participating teams from Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia and North Macedonia. More than 700 athletes aged between 8 and 18 years competed in the classical swimming styles butterfly, breaststroke, backstroke, and freestyle. This year again, Besta Med and Naturum supported the young swimmers with their Oklys and Eskimo-3 products, led by the belief that sports at a young age has a beneficial effect not only on health but also on children’s personal development.
Every participant received 1 pack of Escimo-3 jelly splats, rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, useful for overall body development. The company also provided the prize money for the competition.

The organizers of the contest at the 50-meter swimming pool at the Sv. Vrach Park were the Sandanski Swimming Club, the Bulgarian Swimming Federation, and the Municipality of Sandanski.
