What CALMENTE is
CALMENTE contains mometasone furoate, a medicine belonging to the group known as corticosteroids.
When mometasone furoate is applied in the nose, it helps relieve inflammation (swelling and irritation of the nasal passages), sneezing, itching, and a blocked or runny nose.
What CALMENTE contains
The active substance is mometasone furoate. Each spray delivers 50 micrograms of mometasone furoate (as monohydrate).
Other ingredients: benzalkonium chloride, glycerol (E422), polysorbate 80 (E433), microcrystalline cellulose (E460) and carmellose sodium (E468), citric acid monohydrate (E330), sodium citrate (E331), purified water.
What CALMENTE looks like and contents of the pack
CALMENTE is a nasal spray, suspension.
The bottles contain 60 sprays, 120 sprays, or 140 sprays.
Bottles containing 60, 120, or 140 sprays are supplied in a pack with one nasal spray.
Not all pack sizes may be marketed.
