As an Export Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients across European and other international markets.
- Entering monthly orders into the ERP system and updating them as needed.
- Preparing and managing commercial documentation.
- Creating and sending quotations and responding to inquiries.
- Conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts and closing deals.
- Participating in international exhibitions and trade fairs.
We are looking for a candidate who can:
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
- Show attention to detail, commitment, and professionalism.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems efficiently.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Provide creative solutions and alternative approaches to management and clients.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or related fields is a plus.
- A driver’s license is considered an advantage.
