If your answer is “yes,” the Export / International Sales Specialist role at Besta Med could be a great fit. We are looking for an energetic individual interested in developing a career in international sales to join our team in Sofia.

 

As an Export / International Sales Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients across European and other international markets.
  • Entering monthly orders into the ERP system and updating them as needed.
  • Preparing and managing commercial documentation.
  • Creating and sending quotations and responding to inquiries.
  • Conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts and closing deals.
  • Participating in international exhibitions and trade fairs.

 

We are looking for a candidate who can:

  • Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Show attention to detail, commitment, and professionalism.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems efficiently.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Provide creative solutions and alternative approaches to management and clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in international sales, export, or client relations is an advantage.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or related fields is a plus.
  • A driver’s license is considered an advantage.
